In April of 2024, General Properties initiated a social media campaign titled "Tenant Highlights," designed to recognize and celebrate our current tenants and their respective businesses. This page serves as an archival collection of posts dedicated to showcasing our tenants. Since the launch of this campaign, the General Properties marketing team has had the privilege of featuring nine exceptional tenants across our Facebook and Instagram platforms.
The primary objective of these posts is to promote our tenant's businesses and help bring in more customer traffic and engagement at no cost to the tenants. These posts also serve as an effective means for tenants to publicize upcoming events they may be organizing and to highlight any discounts available. Furthermore, these posts provide prospective tenants with insights into the types of businesses we accommodate, illustrating the potential benefits of leasing one of our spaces for their own enterprises.

Since 1985, the instructors at Ocean Extreme have been teaching Arkansas residents how to scuba dive, and they are the only Platinum Scubapro Dealer and PADI 5-Star Training Center in the state.
